Bringing Thai traditional skills to the international audience

Many of ‘TRIMODE Studio’ jewelry, furniture and home decorative products have won DEmark award for outstanding product designs, ensuring their international quality and design prowess.

‘Tapien’ necklace inspired by traditional Thai hanging mobiles made of palm leaves is an example of TRIMODE products that won the DEmark award.

Pirada Senivongse Na Ayudhya, the designer of TRIMODE Studio, shared that all of her products have simplicity, durability and environmental awareness in mind.

“We do not perceive our products only as commercial merchandise, but we also see them as something that we can learn from, in order to develop and apply more creativity”, said Pirada.

TRIMODE Studio was established 14 years ago by a group of 3 experienced designers: interior, product and jewelry designers. Once the perfect combination was formed , the studio produced works that were happily distinctive.

About 6-7 years ago, TRIMODE.C was established as a sub-brand which focuses on handmade art and handicrafts cooperating with lesser-known local craftsmen to promote them in the international market.

Pirada believes that the reason TRIMODE products have won several DEmark awards was the combination of innovation, modern manufacturing techniques and Thai local traditional wisdom to create its modern-designed products.

Get to see the TRIMODE Studio products at T-STYLE: Craft Object Unique Eclectic Booth, Hall 5A, M62/N61 stand at the Maison & Objet show in Paris between the 6-10 of September, 2019.
