Qualification
1. Must be a Thai designer or a legal entity registered in Thailand in compliance with the law, with more than 50% of the shareholders holding Thai nationality.
2. Applicants who are designers or design companies must provide a letter of consent or authorization from the owner of the product/work/design. The designer's name can be submitted as a design company, a group of designers, an in-house design team, or an independent designer.
3. Each applicant may submit more than one entry, but not exceeding five entries per category. Each entry must be accompanied by the complete application and supporting documents.
4. Applicants submitting entries in the Interior Design category must include the following supporting documents
- A professional architectural license.
- A business operation license corresponding to the type of business submitted for the competition.
5. Applicants must be companies with a positive business reputation and no history of export-related misconduct, such as intellectual property infringement, intentional product imitation, or complaints within three years before the application closing date. If a complaint is filed and resolved, the matter will be at the discretion of the subcommittee. The department reserves the right to revoke or reclaim awards if it is later found that the awardee does not meet the specified qualifications or fails to comply with the stated criteria.

1. 3 pictures from different angles are attached with the online application as .jpg, gif, or png, each file is not more than 2 MBs
2. 1 file of item pictures in different angles in any format such as a PDF file in case the applicants want to show various angles but the file is not more than 5 MBs. (if any)
3. VDO Presentation (1 - 3 minutes) should include
- Details of the work, including its origin, design concept, techniques, and design process.
- Strategies for designing the product to enter the market, usage methods, and practical benefits.
- Consideration of social and environmental impacts.
- User experience reviews or public dissemination (for interior design works, include visuals of the design in actual use).
4. Proof of ownership of an applied product or written consent letter from product owners. (in case the applicant is the designer)
5. Certificate of company registration and the list of shareholders
6. Proof of selling products such as a receipt, picture of product selling place, and product price (BTH, USD)
7. Certificate of trademark/brand registration by the Department of Intellectual Property. (if any)
8. Certificate of awarded/quality product from any institution. (if any)
9. Evidence to obtain a patent on the product or given or transferred document of ownership. (if any)
